Shop owners additionally provide business name, location, printer capabilities, and bank account details for payouts.

Files and content you upload: When you submit a print order, we store the 3D model files you upload (e.g., STL, OBJ, 3MF files), along with any notes or specifications you provide.

Usage information: We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, links clicked, and the time and date of your visit.

Device information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send related information, including order confirmations and receipts
  • Match customer orders with appropriate print shops based on capabilities, location, and preferences

With print shops: When you place an order, we share your name, shipping address, order specifications, and uploaded files with the print shop you select. Shop owners agree to our Terms of Service and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

With service providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and cloud hosting. These parties are contractually bound to use your data only as directed by us.

For legal reasons: We may disclose your information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

Business transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
