We're a small, fully remote team on a mission to make 3D printing accessible to everyone. If you're excited about building the infrastructure of the maker economy, we'd love to hear from you.
We move fast and care deeply about craft. Every team member owns their domain and has a direct line to the founders. We don't have layers of management or endless approval chains — if you see a problem, you're empowered to fix it.
We communicate asynchronously by default, use video calls sparingly and intentionally, and document decisions so everyone stays aligned. We value clear written communication, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward shipping over theorizing.
All roles are remote and full-time unless otherwise noted.
Own and ship core platform features end-to-end — from the matching algorithm to the order management dashboard. You'll work across our Next.js frontend and Node/PostgreSQL backend, collaborate closely with product and design, and help define our engineering culture as an early team member.
Shape every pixel of the PrintHive experience. You'll own our design system, create thoughtful user flows for both customers and shop owners, and conduct user research to inform product decisions. Proficiency in Figma required; experience with design systems and marketplace products a plus.
Drive awareness and growth across both sides of the marketplace. You'll develop and execute our content strategy, manage paid and organic channels, build partnerships with the 3D printing community, and own our key acquisition and retention metrics.
Be the face of PrintHive for our customers and shop owners. You'll handle support inquiries, onboard new shop owners, mediate order disputes, collect feedback to inform product improvements, and help us build the playbooks that will scale our support as we grow.
Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We have no physical office and hire across all US time zones.
We benchmark compensation against top-of-market data and pay at or above the 75th percentile for your role.
